With over 25 years of expertise, I assist the firm’s clients in employment law (labour law and social security law) and human resources. My experience in business and law firms has given me a comprehensive understanding of human resources issues.
I advise executives on restructuring and the social aspects of mergers and acquisitions, working on both individual and collective labour relations, particularly during company mergers or disposals. My role is to provide strategic support and ensure that social issues are properly integrated into growth projects.

- Employment law: expertise in individual and collective labour relations, employment law audits, social security litigation, expatriation and secondment.

I hold a Master’s degree in labour law from Paris II University.
What sets my career apart is my cross-functional view of business, which allows me to approach labour law issues from both the employee and employer perspectives, thanks in particular to my experience as a corporate lawyer before becoming a solicitor.
