French - English

“Seeking is a pleasure, and discovering is a victory.”

I find this passion every day in social law, which I consider to be the living law par excellence. In my practice, I like to play with words, which are my weapons and my ingredients, just like the Code or case law. To achieve results, you have to create a real alchemy between all these elements.

What drives me?

I am deeply motivated by customer satisfaction, which I consider to be the true measure of my success. It is the result of harmonious teamwork, where everyone contributes their creativity and expertise to meet the specific needs of our customers.
I firmly believe in the importance of closeness in professional relationships, as it allows us to build strong partnerships and understand the unique challenges of each situation. My extreme sensitivity allows me to listen carefully to our clients’ concerns, anticipate their needs and offer them tailor-made support. I strive to transform sometimes complex situations into clear and reassuring opportunities, while cultivating an environment where each client feels understood and supported.

Areas of expertise

With over 25 years of expertise, I assist the firm’s clients in employment law (labour law and social security law) and human resources. My experience in business and law firms has given me a comprehensive understanding of human resources issues.

I advise executives on restructuring and the social aspects of mergers and acquisitions, working on both individual and collective labour relations, particularly during company mergers or disposals. My role is to provide strategic support and ensure that social issues are properly integrated into growth projects.

My main areas of expertise include:

  • Human resources advice and support: assisting executives in managing human issues related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Employment law: expertise in individual and collective labour relations, employment law audits, social security litigation, expatriation and secondment.
  • Restructuring: managing the social aspects of corporate restructuring, ensuring a harmonious approach that complies with current legislation.

Biography

I hold a Master’s degree in labour law from Paris II University.
What sets my career apart is my cross-functional view of business, which allows me to approach labour law issues from both the employee and employer perspectives, thanks in particular to my experience as a corporate lawyer before becoming a solicitor.
