The firm assists them with the negotiation, structuring and implementation of their management packages, as well as the completion of such transactions. Gramond also provides ongoing support in the management of these packages (entry and exit of shareholders, restructurings, negotiations with financial investors) in close cooperation with management teams.
Gramond also regularly advises independent managers in negotiating their entry packages as well as in connection with their individual exits.
