Practising corporate law in a legislative and economic context as uncertain as the one we are currently experiencing can sometimes feel like working in an emergency room. You have to know how to anticipate.
Few people recognise the creative side of lawyers, but the art of finalising deals is often akin to high-end jewellery-making in the middle of a minefield. What makes this profession so interesting is the need to have a thorough understanding of the rules in order to create the deal that best meets the client’s wishes, regardless of its complexity.
The human side of negotiation and the intellectual side of structuring,
enabling my clients to benefit from the best conditions to take off post-closing, and above all, creating a relationship of trust with my clients.
With over 15 years’ specialised experience in corporate law, I have developed a practice focused on M&A and private equity, with particular expertise in management packages.
I support my clients from the initial consideration of a transaction through to its completion, sometimes providing post-transaction support, on both French and international transactions.
I assist my French and foreign clients in both structuring their transactions and negotiating.
I regularly work closely with other teams within the firm, such as the Tax, Employment and Litigation departments.
