What drives me?

Carefully analyse each case to develop a strategy tailored to each case, based on its strengths and weaknesses.

Areas of expertise

I assist the firm’s clients with all their employment law issues, specialising in litigation: I regularly plead cases involving labour law disputes, whether before the Labour Tribunal or the Court of Appeal, as well as social security law disputes (disputes over the recognition of workplace accidents and occupational illnesses, requests for recognition of gross negligence, etc.) before the Social Division of the Judicial Court.

Cases handled

Whistleblower: defence of a company whose employee sought to benefit from the protection afforded to whistleblowers;
Sexual harassment: defence of a company whose director was accused of sexual harassment;
Gross misconduct: defence of employers who were seeking recognition of gross misconduct.

Biography

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Consumer and Competition Law from the University of Montpellier, I was sworn in as a solicitor in 2018. I decided to specialise in employment law following my internships, notably at the Employment Division of the Paris Court of Appeal.
