French - English

“If taxation exceeds moderation, it destroys the source that feeds it.”

– Jacques Necker

In an increasingly complex and restrictive tax environment, I support and reassure executives, groups and individuals in their development by anticipating and managing the closely related tax implications.

What drives me?

See taxation as a lever for growth rather than a constraint.

Expertise

My experience in business firms and specialist boutiques has led me to work in both advisory and litigation roles, and to develop a cross-disciplinary practice covering tax issues specific to companies, their directors and investors.

  • Wealth taxation: optimisation and structuring of movable and immovable assets (contribution-transfer, OBO, etc.), preparation and organisation of transfers.
  • Personal taxation: support in matters of income tax and wealth tax, analysis of foreign income, international mobility, determination and securing of tax residence.
  • Corporate taxation and transactional operations: tax structuring of acquisitions, disposals, mergers and partial asset transfers; analysis of profit-sharing schemes and management packages; tax audits; review of tax obligations (corporate income tax, VAT, etc.) and implementation of tax consolidation.
  • Tax audits, pre-litigation and litigation: assistance during audits (ESFP, accounting audits), drafting of observations and claims, monitoring of procedures and management of disputes.
