What drives me?

I am committed to supporting clients at decisive moments in their journey by offering them pragmatic legal solutions. By anticipating risks, I enable them to move forward with confidence, free from legal concerns. Contributing to their success is what motivates me every day.

Areas of expertise

For over 12 years, I have been assisting companies and their executives with mergers and acquisitions, stock market law and CSR. Thanks to a rigorous and pragmatic approach, I strive to provide clients with the legal certainty they need to create value.

My main areas of expertise include:

  • M&A: analysis and anticipation of issues specific to each case, performance of acquisition or vendor due diligence audits, drafting and negotiation of acquisition and sale agreements and asset and liability guarantees, as well as related agreements (counter-guarantees, escrow agreements, etc.);
  • Long-term financing transactions for both listed and unlisted companies: raising capital or quasi-equity, LBOs, MBOs;
  • Structuring and organising shareholder relations: shareholder agreements, structuring employee share ownership schemes, joint ventures;
  • CSR: compliance with new CSR obligations.
