What drives me?

On a personal level, I am extremely eclectic! I am particularly passionate about travel, current affairs, gastronomy, music, theatre and new technologies.
Professionally, as business law is often perceived as very abstract, I strive to build a relationship of trust through education, where listening, transparency and loyalty offer our clients the peace of mind they need to focus on their core business.

Expertise

I assist partners and company directors in all stages of their development in terms of long-term financing operations.
My expertise thus covers a very wide range of business operations:

  • fundraising projects, whether structuring new financing or defining incentive schemes for key managers and employees;
  • disposals or acquisitions: from the letter of intent negotiation phase through due diligence to the finalisation of the transaction;
  • strategic advice on company law, particularly on governance issues.
Recent operations

Assistance to FCDE in connection with the sale of Didactic (a leading player in infectious risk prevention) to UI Investissement, Geneo Capital Entrepreneur, and its management team;
Assistance to the partners of Aerolub (aerosol manufacturer and packager) in connection with its sale to the Novarc group;
Advising the partners of Oderis (transaction services firm) on its OBO with EMZ Partners and BPI France funds;
Advising the partners of I LOVE EVENTS (event and digital communications agency) on its merger with the OPA Group;
Advising Demeter (a major private equity player in the ecological transition) on the fundraising of Oé (a pioneer in sustainable viticulture and the production of organic, vegan and pesticide-free wines).

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Law and Corporate Taxation from Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne University, and I also spent a year studying in Toronto, Canada.
