“Anticipate each step and overcome all obstacles

to reach the summit.”

This motto guides both my climbing and my legal practice. The tenacity and concentration I demonstrate when climbing are also applied in my profession to defend my clients’ interests.

What drives me?

To defend my clients’ interests and find solutions to their problems through the practice of law, which I am passionate about. This involves a meticulous analysis of the elements of their case, as well as an in-depth study of the applicable rules until I find the strategy or strategies that will give them the best chance of success.

Areas of expertise

Having practised tourism law for 10 years, I have developed specialist expertise in advising and defending tour operators, both online and offline. Born into a family of travel agents, I am fully aware of the challenges faced by tour operators, which enables me to respond precisely to their needs.

I am also recognised for my expertise in business litigation before civil and commercial courts, where I assist and represent commercial companies and corporate executives in their disputes.

My main areas of expertise include:

  • Tourism litigation: advising and representing tour operators in their disputes. Implementing any recourse against negligent service providers;
  • Assistance with the creation of travel agencies or tour operators:registration, drafting of general terms and conditions of sale and model package sale contracts;
  • Commercial litigation: advising and representing companies as plaintiffs or defendants in commercial disputes (liability actions, sudden termination of established commercial relationships, unfair competition and parasitism);
  • Commercial debt collection: advising on and implementing the necessary actions to recover commercial debts (formal notices, legal action and enforcement measures);
  • Defence of company directors: advising and representing company directors in liability actions or the implementation of a guarantee;
