Areas of expertise

With more than 25 years of experience in M&A, private equity and corporate law, I assist French and international clients with their external growth transactions (mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, strategic alliances), as well as on the structuring and ongoing management of their corporate law matters (corporate governance and compliance), their cross-border investments and related litigation and arbitration. I work in particular in the energy, healthcare, new technologies, tourism, transport, agri-food and financial services sectors.

Advising the Italian public transport group ATM on its entry into the French market and establishment in France;
Advising a Chinese group in the animal health sector on the restructuring of its operations in France;
Advising a UK fund on its investment in a French listed automotive group;
Advising a UK fintech company in connection with its fundraising transactions in France;
Advising the German group Stabilus on the French aspects of the acquisition of the US group Destaco in the automotive sector;
Advising a US fund on its investment in a French company in the entertainment sector;
Advising the founders and shareholders of a Franco-Chinese company on its sale to a French group in the education sector;
Advising the US group Nocturne and the US fund Gladstone on the acquisition of the French company Wimco in the tourism sector;
Advising the US group AccuWeather on its acquisition of the French company Plume Labs.

Admitted to practice in Paris and New York, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

Holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law and International Arbitration from New York University (New York University School of Law, United States), an LL.M. in Commercial Law and European Law from the University of Bristol (United Kingdom), a DESS in Business Law and Taxation from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University (France) and a DEA in European Business Law from Paris X Nanterre University (France).
