Gramond works alongside executives and managers of small, mid and large cap companies in their LBO, MBO and OBO transactions, assisting with the negotiation, structuring and implementation of their management packages, as well as the completion of transactions. Gramond also monitors the management of packages (shareholder entry and exit, restructuring, negotiation with financial investors) in conjunction with management teams.
Gramond also regularly advises independent managers on the negotiation of their entry packages and on their individual exits.
