• Support for the partners of Oderis (transaction services firm) in connection with its OBO with EMZ Partners and BPI France funds;
• Support for the partners of Bobbee (web platform for accounting, administrative and financial management) in connection with its sale to Isagri (software publisher for the agricultural sector and accounting professions);
• Assisted the founders of Hipli (leader in reusable packaging) in raising €5 million in funding;
• Assisted the partners of Laboratoires Dencott (customised contact lenses, ocular prostheses) in its sale to the Japanese group Menicon;
