What drives me?

Supporting companies in an environment marked by increasingly complex litigation, combining strategic risk management and, where necessary, defence in court.

Areas of expertise

I work in all areas of business litigation: post-acquisition disputes, unfair competition, sudden termination of commercial relationships, etc., as well as criminal business law.
I also assist the firm’s clients in their real estate and construction litigation.

Cases handled

Criminal defence of an auditor accused of failing to disclose criminal acts and breaches of rules on incompatibilities;
Assistance to a foreign company in a dispute concerning an international sale of industrial equipment;
Post-acquisition litigation: defence of the seller of a company facing an abusive claim on a first demand bank guarantee;
Construction: assistance to a property developer in a judicial appraisal concerning the construction of a residential building;
IT contracts: defence of an IT service provider in a contractual dispute initiated by one of its clients.

Biography

I hold a Master’s degree in Business Law from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University and a Master’s degree in Financial Criminal Law from CY University. I also hold a Specialised Master’s degree in International Law and Management from HEC.
