Contribute to the development of my clients’ innovative activities and projects by playing a key role in drafting and negotiating their strategic contracts, helping them to close deals while optimising the protection of their company’s interests.

With many years of experience in drafting, negotiating and managing commercial contracts in complex environments, I assist companies with their challenges in contract law, data protection and intellectual property, with a particular focus on the technology sectors.

My main areas of expertise include:

  • Drafting, negotiating and managing strategic contracts: SaaS contracts, outsourcing, partnerships, transitional service agreements (TSAs), terms and conditions of use/terms and conditions of sale, and privacy policies;
  • GDPR compliance and personal data protection: assisting companies in complying with personal data regulations. Managing conflicts related to personal data protection. Assistance during CNIL audits;
  • Artificial intelligence: contracts related to the supply and deployment of AI systems. Incorporation of AI into the company’s IT charter;
  • Intellectual property: protection and promotion of companies’ intangible assets, including trademarks, software and databases;
  • Support for innovative projects: legal security for digital platforms, connected objects, marketplaces and other technological projects;
  • Management of complex disputes: particularly in the areas of IT and contracts. I assist my clients in situations requiring in-depth expertise in law and technology.
Recent projects

Support, as part of the negotiation of a major contract with a large account, for the supplier of an innovative solution aimed at identifying vulnerabilities in AI systems;
Negotiation of partnerships as part of the development and deployment of an electronic invoicing solution to enable multiple players (PDP, OD) to use a common platform;
Drafting of terms of service for the marketing of an innovative technological solution in the field of proptech;
Drafting of an IT charter for a telecommunications group, taking into account the use of AI;
Drafting and negotiation of a transitional services agreement as part of a disposal transaction;
Assistance during an on-site inspection by the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) at a company in the proptech sector.

Holder of a postgraduate degree in business contract law and a university diploma in industrial property law.
