With many years of experience in drafting, negotiating and managing commercial contracts in complex environments, I assist companies with their challenges in contract law, data protection and intellectual property, with a particular focus on the technology sectors.

• Negotiation of partnerships as part of the development and deployment of an electronic invoicing solution to enable multiple players (PDP, OD) to use a common platform;
• Drafting of terms of service for the marketing of an innovative technological solution in the field of proptech;
• Drafting of an IT charter for a telecommunications group, taking into account the use of AI;
• Drafting and negotiation of a transitional services agreement as part of a disposal transaction;
• Assistance during an on-site inspection by the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority) at a company in the proptech sector.
