Working in the fields of M&A, private equity and corporate law, I have assisted a wide range of clients (small and medium-sized businesses, start-ups, executives) with fundraising, disposals and acquisitions, and LBOs in various sectors (construction, asset management, leisure, luxury goods).

My approach is strategic, combining in-depth knowledge of legal issues with the ability to listen, which is essential for meeting the specific needs of my clients.

Advising the shareholders of Financière Oderis in connection with an owner buyout enabling BPIfrance and EMZ Partners to acquire a stake in the company;
Advising Demeter in connection with the €2 million fundraising by WCP Platform;
Advising the management shareholders of Vigians Protection Incendie in connection with a management buyout;
Advising the buyer in connection with the sale of 100% of BMI and Riallandt;
Advised the sellers in connection with the sale of 100% of Ockham Solutions to Flandrin Technologies;
Advised the sellers in connection with the sale of 100% of Jamart Location Modulaire to Kiloutou;
Advised the sellers in connection with the sale of 100% of JCB Holding to Astoria Finance.

Biography

Originally from Marseille, I have made Italy one of my favourite destinations and enjoy speaking the language. I hold a degree from HEC Paris, Grande École programme, and a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation (Paris I).
