• Advising Demeter in connection with the €2 million fundraising by WCP Platform;

• Advising the buyer in connection with the sale of 100% of BMI and Riallandt;
• Advised the sellers in connection with the sale of 100% of Ockham Solutions to Flandrin Technologies;
• Advised the sellers in connection with the sale of 100% of Jamart Location Modulaire to Kiloutou;
• Advised the sellers in connection with the sale of 100% of JCB Holding to Astoria Finance.
Biography
Originally from Marseille, I have made Italy one of my favourite destinations and enjoy speaking the language. I hold a degree from HEC Paris, Grande École programme, and a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation (Paris I).
