With a solid background in public law and proven experience in private law,
I work with various players in the real estate sector, combining technical rigour and strategic vision
to support the implementation of your complex and innovative projects.
My main areas of expertise include:
Projects handled• Conversion of a place of worship into a commercial space on the ground floor of a residential building in Paris (feasibility study and obtaining change of use);
• Raising the height of a building in Paris (project feasibility study, building permit audit, drafting of resolutions to be submitted to the vote of the general meeting of co-owners and notification of the right of priority, amicable termination of the project management contract);
• Audit of the building permit for a “shared residence” (coliving), obtained and cleared of all appeals (obtaining an exemption from the parking rule set by the local urban planning regulations);
• Negotiation of settlement agreements between developers and immediate neighbours of construction projects;
• Negotiation of the release of a €500,000 escrow imposed by an institutional buyer on a property company (seller) in connection with the sale of a building for €15 million;
• Negotiation with a local authority of additional project management fees (obtaining an amendment to the CAO);
• Negotiation and drafting of professional and commercial leases (offices, workshops, warehouses, storage and shops).
A graduate of the Institut de Droit Public des Affaires (IDPA) and a member of the Paris Bar since 2013, I hold a Master 2 in Public Economic Law and a Master 2 in General Public Law.
