“They didn’t know it was impossible, so they did it.”
– Mark Twain

Every day, our clients face complex constraints and administrative or regulatory obstacles that seem insurmountable.
This is where I come in, to find bold, tailor-made solutions where others see only obstacles.
Each case is a new opportunity to push beyond apparent limits, to innovate and to move forward in a completely legal and pragmatic manner.

What drives me?

Providing my clients with concrete answers and immediately applicable solutions throughout the entire process (from design to execution) to help them achieve their ambitions.
All while optimally integrating the environmental and technical challenges of tomorrow.

Expertise

With a solid background in public law and proven experience in private law,
I work with various players in the real estate sector, combining technical rigour and strategic vision
to support the implementation of your complex and innovative projects.

My main areas of expertise include:

  • Support for public and private stakeholders: initially trained in public real estate issues (public contracts, valuation of public properties, development operations, urban planning and the environment), I have expanded my expertise to include private stakeholders such as developers, property companies, project managers and construction companies. I also advise my clients on the impact of PropTech innovations on their real estate projects, particularly in terms of smart property and city management.
  • Feasibility and execution of real estate projects: attentive to urban, environmental and technological changes, I assist my clients in analysing urban planning documents, auditing their authorisations and drafting their works or project management contracts and professional and commercial leases.
  • Authorised real estate agent: I am involved in the search for and negotiation of real estate assets, ensuring a tailor-made approach to maximise the value of my clients’ projects.
  • Litigation risk management: my expertise in legal proceedings (civil, administrative and criminal) and amicable dispute resolution techniques (conciliation, mediation, settlement, arbitration and participatory proceedings) enables me to secure your operations, anticipate litigation risks and favour amicable resolutions.
