With nearly 20 years of experience in M&A and private equity, I offer my expertise to start-ups, SMEs and growing businesses.
I assist my clients in three specific areas:
- Fundraising for companies at all stages of development (seed, Series A, Series B, etc.);
- External growth strategies, disposals and restructuring;
- Corporate law: legal monitoring of companies, management packages (BSPCE, stock options, bonus shares, etc.).

• Support for FCDE in the sale of Didactic (a leading player in infectious risk prevention) to UI Investissement, Geneo Capital Entrepreneur, and its management team;
• Advising the partners of Bobbee (a web platform for accounting, administrative and financial management) on its sale to Isagri (a software publisher for the agricultural sector and accounting professions);
• Advising the founders of Hipli (a leader in reusable packaging) on its €5 million fundraising round;
• Support for Rise Up (a leader in professional training in Europe) in connection with its acquisition of Domoscio (a French expert in adaptive learning).
• Support for the founders of Rise Up in a Series B fundraising round with Connected Capital, Maif, and historical investors.
