French and US-trained, I assist executives and companies with their transactions, both in France and internationally, operating in demanding transactional and cross-border environments.

I mainly work on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

My main areas of expertise are:

  • Mergers and acquisitions and external growth transactions: M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
  • Corporate law and governance: structuring and ongoing management of corporate law matters.
  • Cross-border investments and international matters: advising French and international clients in connection with their cross-border investments and international projects.
  • Litigation and arbitration: assisting clients in litigation and arbitration arising in connection with these areas of practice.
Recent transactions

Advising a Chinese group in the animal health sector on the restructuring of its operations in France;
Advising a UK fund on its investment in a French listed automotive group;
Advising a luxury hotel in connection with the negotiation and structuring of a management lease arrangement with an international hotel group;
Defending a majority shareholder in a shareholder dispute initiated by a minority shareholder.

Holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law (United States), a Master 2 in Banking and Financial Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (France), and a Master 2 in Business Law and Taxation from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University (France).
