GRAMOND is delighted to have assisted the sellers and management teams of the Vigians Group in an MBO enabling them to take control of the capital, with the support of Capital Croissance, BNP Paribas Développement and Gorgé SA.
A specialist in fire protection, Vigians designs, installs and maintains comprehensive active and passive fire safety solutions at more than 1,200 sites. With 320 employees and 16 locations, the Group is a leading player in complex projects in industrial, logistics and tertiary environments.
This transaction marks a new milestone in the Group's development: it aims to support its organic and external growth, strengthen its structure and territorial network, and support a management team that now holds a majority stake and is fully committed to its entrepreneurial project.
